EBC MD8018X Standard X Series Stainless Steel Motorcycle Brake Rotor

The EBC MD8018X is a premium X Series fully floating motorcycle brake rotor, engineered as a direct OEM replacement for street sport and road race applications. British-made in EBC's Northampton facility, this rotor delivers exceptional stopping power and durability right out of the box.

The X Series rotor blade is crafted from German mill-rolled, heat-treated and tempered stainless steel, diamond cross-ground to a micron-accurate surface finish for fast, consistent pad bed-in and guaranteed freedom from vibration. The full-circle rotor blade profile maximizes braking surface area for confident, reliable deceleration.

Key Features:

• Patented SD Square Drive Button System — Square-sided buttons allow the rotor blade to expand inward and outward unrestrained, eliminating rotor lock and virtually eliminating warping or brake vibration
• Ultra-light six-button construction on a lightweight alloy center hub for reduced unsprung weight
• Full circle, circular rotor blade profile for maximum braking contact area
• Heat-treated and tempered stainless steel rotor blade for outstanding wear resistance and corrosion resistance
• Diamond cross-ground surface finish to less than 2 microns for smooth, even pad contact
• 100% inspected for runout and dimensional accuracy before release
• Suitable for both road race and street sport applications
• Manufactured in the United Kingdom

The EBC MD8018X installs as a direct bolt-on replacement for the original factory rotor with no modifications required. Pair with EBC brake pads for the best possible performance and bed-in results.
