EBC MD6429C Contour Brake Rotor Slotted & Dimpled

The EBC MD6429C is part of EBC Brakes' MD Contour series of performance brake rotors, designed as a direct-fit replacement upgrade over standard solid or vented OEM discs. The Contour rotor features EBC's signature curved vane and dimple/slot pattern machined into the rotor face, which improves brake pad bite, reduces heat buildup, and helps expel brake dust and gas from the friction surface during aggressive braking.

Key Features:

• Contour Slotted & Dimpled Surface: Curved slots and dimples promote consistent pad contact, improve initial bite, and reduce glazing
• High-Carbon Grey Iron Construction: EBC uses high-carbon content iron for superior thermal capacity and reduced rotor cracking under repeated hard use
• Geomet or Black E-Coat Finish: Corrosion-resistant coating on the hat and non-swept areas prevents rust and improves longevity
• Precision Balanced: CNC-machined to tight tolerances for vibration-free braking and minimal runout
• Direct OEM Replacement Fit: Bolt-on installation with no modifications required
• Vented Design: Internal vane venting for enhanced heat dissipation during repeated brake applications
• Street & Performance Use: Suitable for spirited street driving, light track days, and towing applications

EBC MD Contour rotors are an ideal upgrade for drivers looking to improve braking feel and rotor longevity over standard OEM replacements. The MD6429C is manufactured to meet or exceed OEM dimensional specifications and is engineered to work best when paired with EBC's Greenstuff, Yellowstuff, or Redstuff brake pad compounds for a complete performance brake system.
