EBC MD6318D Standard OE Replacement Brake Rotor for Motorcycle & Powersports

The EBC MD6318D is a standard full-circle profile OE replacement brake rotor designed for motorcycles, ATVs, and powersports applications. Part of EBC's MD Series, this rotor is engineered to meet or exceed original equipment specifications, delivering reliable stopping power at a competitive price point.

Manufactured from premium German mill-rolled stainless steel, the MD6318D is heat-treated and tempered to achieve the precise hardness required for long rotor life. It is then diamond ground to a micron-accurate surface finish and parallelism, ensuring fast brake pad bed-in and smooth, consistent braking feel from the very first stop.

Key Features:

• Full-circle OE profile — direct bolt-on replacement for factory brake hubs
• Premium German mill-rolled stainless steel construction
• Heat-treated and tempered for optimal hardness — resists premature wear and cracking
• Diamond ground to micron-accurate surface finish for superior parallelism
• Nickel-coated finish to resist corrosion
• Laser and CNC punched for reduced weight
• Compatible with stock brake calipers — no modifications required
• Sold individually

EBC engineers the exact correct hardness and temper for each rotor in the MD Series: under-hardened rotors wear out prematurely, while over-hardened rotors risk cracking under stress. The MD6318D strikes the right balance for dependable, long-lasting performance across street, touring, cruiser, sport, scooter, off-road, and utility vehicle applications.
