Each diaphragm spring undergoes an exclusive four-stage heat treating process to deliver consistent pedal feel with moderate effort. Steel-backed friction plates with high-quality organic friction materials provide a stable friction coefficient, excellent heat capacity, and extended clutch life. Torque is uniformly transferred through a Mono-Drive Chromoly hub, heat treated for strength and durability, extending input shaft life via one continuous spline. The lightweight, rigid design enables quicker shifts and long-term, trouble-free service.
