Friction & Hub Design:

• Steel-backed friction plates with premium organic friction materials deliver a stable friction coefficient, excellent heat capacity, and extended clutch life
• Dual friction plates uniformly transfer torque to a Mono-Drive Chromoly hub, heat treated for strength and durability
• Single continuous spline design extends input shaft life and reduces wear
• Lightweight rigid hub design enables quicker shifts and trouble-free service

Diaphragm & Clamp Load:

• Each diaphragm spring undergoes ACT's exclusive four-stage heat treating process for consistent, light pedal feel across the clutch's service life
• Patented Monoloc Collar ensures uniform bearing and pressure plate loading for proper alignment
