FMF 044493 Stainless MegaBomb 4-Stroke Exhaust Header Pipe

The FMF 044493 Stainless MegaBomb Header is a high-performance 4-stroke exhaust header engineered to deliver substantial power gains across the entire RPM range. Built from premium stainless steel and manufactured in the USA, the MegaBomb represents the next evolution in FMF's PowerBomb header technology — a proven platform trusted by factory race teams at the highest levels of Motocross, Supercross, and GNCC competition.

Key Features:

• Incorporates FMF's patented MegaBomb module positioned at a precise location in the header for optimal exhaust sonic expansion and contraction
• Increases output from a stock motor by as much as 3 horsepower
• Produces long-header low-end torque characteristics while retaining short-header high-RPM over-rev
• Reduces sound output by as much as 1.5 dB, functioning as a pre-muffler to absorb exhaust sound energy
• Less susceptible to crash damage than traditional long headers
• Compatible with the stock muffler as well as all FMF slip-on mufflers
• Designed for a single-sided exhaust system configuration
• Constructed of extremely lightweight stainless steel materials
• Made in the USA

The MegaBomb's patented chamber design allows exhaust gases to expand, cool, and ramp back up at a higher velocity — delivering the torque characteristics of a longer header with the crisp over-rev of a shorter design. Whether you're pulling holeshots on the track or pushing hard through GNCC trails, the FMF MegaBomb is a bolt-on performance upgrade that complements both OEM and FMF aftermarket mufflers. For off-road/closed-course competition use only. Not intended for street use.
