Baja Designs 820018 XL40 LED Powersports Moto Light 43.5W 5224 Lumens

The Baja Designs XL40 (820018) is a purpose-built LED light designed exclusively for motorcycle use. Developed from the proven XL80 platform, the XL40 brings trail-ready performance to a wider range of motorcycles, including those equipped with lower-output OEM stators that previously couldn't support high-output auxiliary lighting.

At 43.5 watts, the XL40 draws significantly less power than the XL80's 75.9W platform while still delivering an impressive 5,224 lumens of output — making it the ideal solution for off-road riders who need serious illumination without overtaxing their bike's electrical system.

Key Features:

• 5,224 lumens of high-output LED illumination at just 43.5W draw
• Trail Lens eliminates hot spots and delivers a smooth, optimized beam pattern — both vertically and horizontally — ideal for 1st–4th gear technical trail riding
• High/Low beam functionality for versatile lighting control
• uService Design — replaceable lenses and optics for long-term serviceability
• MoistureBlock Technology — waterproof, rainproof, and submersible
• CopperDrive Technology — LED driven at 100% for maximum efficiency and output
