Didn't have any glitches to find what I wanted, but the picture is nothing like the product. That's ok as long as the model number comes out to be correct.

Overall experience great, shipping was quick. Minimum quantity for purchasing was silly, might have been a SNAFU with the website but I couldn't change my quantity to lower than 10.
