COMP Cams R99121-1 Rocker Arm Trunnion Upgrade Kit 7/16 Large Bearing

The COMP Cams R99121-1 is a 7/16" large bearing rocker arm trunnion designed as a direct upgrade replacement for factory rocker arm pivot assemblies. COMP Cams engineered this trunnion to address the well-known weakness of OEM rocker arm trunnions, which are prone to premature wear and failure under high-performance or high-mileage conditions.

This trunnion features a larger 7/16" bearing journal for increased load capacity and improved durability over the stock trunnion design. The upgraded needle bearing assembly reduces friction and heat buildup at the rocker arm pivot point, supporting more aggressive camshaft profiles and higher RPM operation.

Key Features:

• 7/16" large bearing design for increased strength and load capacity
• Upgraded needle bearing assembly for reduced friction and longer service life
• Direct replacement for worn or failed OEM rocker arm trunnions
• Engineered for compatibility with high-performance camshaft profiles
• Manufactured by COMP Cams to exacting tolerances for reliable valvetrain performance
• Ideal for high-mileage rebuilds or performance upgrades

Replacing worn trunnions is a critical step in any valvetrain rebuild or performance build. The COMP Cams R99121-1 trunnion delivers the precision and durability needed to keep your valvetrain operating at peak performance.
