COMP Cams 99904X-2 Race XD .904 Hydraulic Roller Lifters SBC Bronze Bushing

The COMP Cams 99904X-2 Race XD Hydraulic Roller Lifters are purpose-built for high-performance Small Block Chevy (SBC) applications demanding maximum durability and valve train precision. Featuring a .904-inch diameter body, these lifters are machined to tight tolerances and designed to withstand the rigors of race and high-RPM street use.

Key Features:

• .904" diameter body for standard SBC lifter bore applications
• Bronze bushing construction for superior roller needle retention and reduced heat buildup under extreme conditions
• Remachined (Rem) finish on the lifter body for improved oil retention and reduced wear
• No oil metering restrictor seats — ideal for engines with externally controlled oiling or custom oiling setups
• Designed for use with hydraulic roller camshafts in high-performance and race SBC engines

The Race XD series represents COMP Cams' commitment to extreme-duty valve train components. The bronze bushing design improves heat dissipation and longevity compared to standard needle-bearing lifters in sustained high-load environments. The absence of oil metering seats gives engine builders full control over lifter oiling, making these lifters a preferred choice for custom race engine builds.
