BFGoodrich 73163 520/85R38 Field Control R1W Tubeless Agricultural Tire

The BFGoodrich Field Control R1W (MPN: 73163) is a premium agricultural radial tire sized 520/85R38, designed for demanding field operations in wet and muddy conditions. The R1W designation indicates deeper-than-standard R1 tread lugs, providing superior traction and self-cleaning capability in challenging soil environments.

Built with BFGoodrich's advanced radial construction, this tire delivers exceptional flotation to minimize soil compaction, protecting crop yields and field integrity. The tubeless (TL) design reduces maintenance requirements and the risk of blowouts associated with tube-type tires.

Key Features:

• R1W Deep Lug Tread Pattern: Approximately 20% deeper lugs than standard R1 tires for maximum traction in wet, muddy, and heavy-soil conditions
• Radial Construction: Provides a larger, more even footprint for reduced soil compaction and improved ride quality
• Tubeless (TL) Design: Eliminates the need for an inner tube, reducing weight and simplifying maintenance
• 520/85R38 Size: Wide-section design delivers excellent flotation across soft terrain
• Robust Sidewall Construction: Resists cuts, punctures, and abrasion from field debris and rough terrain
• Self-Cleaning Lugs: Open shoulder design expels mud and soil to maintain consistent grip throughout operation

The BFGoodrich Field Control R1W is engineered for use on tractors and other agricultural equipment operating in high-draft, high-torque applications. Its combination of deep traction lugs and radial casing technology makes it a dependable choice for row-crop farming, tillage, and general fieldwork.
