Baja Designs 821001 XL40 LED Powersports Light

The Baja Designs XL40 is a purpose-built LED light designed exclusively for motorcycle and powersports use. Evolved from the proven XL80 platform, the XL40 delivers trail-ready performance in a lower-draw package that's compatible with a wider range of OEM stator outputs — making it an ideal upgrade for off-road and dual-sport riders.

The XL40 produces 5,224 lumens on high beam and 1,435 lumens on low beam, drawing just 43.5W / 3.4A at 12.8V. It ships with the XL Trail Lens installed, which produces a balanced vertical and horizontal beam pattern specifically tuned for technical trail conditions — including rocky switchbacks, hill climbs, elevation changes, and tight turns.
