Baja Designs 820012 LED Powersports Moto Light - XL40

The Baja Designs 820012 XL40 is a purpose-built LED auxiliary light designed specifically for powersports and motorcycle applications. Born from the flagship XL80 platform, the XL40 is engineered to deliver serious trail performance while operating on lower-output stators commonly found on dirt bikes and adventure motorcycles — no electrical upgrades required.

Key Features:

• XL-Series LED Technology: Leverages Baja Designs' proven XL platform with Cree LEDs and proprietary High Speed Spot reflectors for maximum beam distance and road coverage
• 5000K Color Temperature: Cool white light reduces driver fatigue and enhances terrain recognition on the trail
• MoistureBlock Technology: Fully waterproof, submersible, and IP69K rated to withstand the harshest off-road environments
• CopperDrive Technology: Efficiently drives each LED to 100% rated power while providing vibration dampening for durability in rough conditions
• ClearView Optics: Custom-engineered optical lenses designed by Baja Designs' racing engineers for optimized beam pattern performance
• uService Design: Lens and optics are user-serviceable, allowing for easy replacement or beam pattern swaps in the field
• Race-Proven Construction: Designed and engineered in San Diego, California using premium components
