Air Lift 99554 LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate Pro Series Air Spring Kit

The Air Lift 99554 LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate Pro Series is Air Lift's most capable rear air spring kit, engineered for heavy-duty towing and hauling. Featuring massive 7-inch double-convoluted bellows air springs, this kit delivers up to 7,500 lbs. of load-leveling capacity — the highest in the Air Lift lineup — keeping your truck riding level and stable under the most demanding loads.

The LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate provides up to 20% more air spring volume than LoadLifter 5000 air springs, allowing for greater leveling strength at lower air pressures. This results in a smoother, more controlled ride whether you're towing a fifth-wheel, gooseneck trailer, or hauling heavy cargo.

Key Features:

• 7,500 lb. load-leveling capacity — Air Lift's highest rating for maximum towing and hauling support
• 7-inch double-convoluted bellows air springs — up to 20% more volume than LoadLifter 5000 for superior leveling at lower pressures
• Internal jounce bumper — closed-cell urethane foam absorbs road shock and protects the system; can be safely operated at zero PSI
• Upper and lower roll plates — Air Lift-exclusive feature that protects air springs from abrasion and increases load capacity
• Ultra-high-strength nylon composite end caps — as strong as steel, yet lighter and fully corrosion-proof
• 2-ply fabric-reinforced air springs — built like a tire for maximum durability and strength
• Fully adjustable from 5–100 PSI — dial in the exact support level for your load
• Compatible with most 5th-wheel and gooseneck hitches — underframe design works with in-bed hitch applications
• Bolt-on installation — no drilling required; uses existing holes in the vehicle frame with all hardware included
• Fully-illustrated installation manual included for straightforward DIY installation

By adding the LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate Pro Series to your rear suspension, you eliminate common heavy-load problems including squat, trailer sway, body roll, bottoming out, and poor headlight aim. Steering and braking feel consistent and predictable, and tires wear more evenly — even under maximum load. Air Lift backs this kit with an industry-exclusive limited lifetime warranty covering the entire contents of the kit — air springs, brackets, fittings, and air line — plus a 60-day ride satisfaction guarantee.
