The Scat Engine Components 1-91810BI is a complete Street & Strip Series 9000 rotating assembly engineered for Chevrolet Big Block applications using a 1-piece rear main seal block. Built around a 4.250-inch stroke, this kit strokes the venerable BBC architecture out to 489 cubic inches (with the included 4.280" bore pistons), delivering a ready-to-assemble foundation capable of supporting up to 700 horsepower.

At the heart of this assembly is a Scat Series 9000 cast steel crankshaft with a 4.250" stroke and 454-style main bearing journals, paired with forged 4340 steel I-beam connecting rods measuring 6.385" center-to-center and secured with 7/16" cap screws. The kit is internally balanced and ships fully prebalanced from the factory, simplifying the engine assembly process.
