Product Details

The ARP ATP50601LB is a premium assembly lubricant from ARP (Automotive Racing Products), engineered specifically for use during the installation of high-performance fasteners. ARP's Ultra-Torque assembly lube ensures accurate and consistent torque readings by significantly reducing friction between fastener threads and mating surfaces during the tightening process.

Key Features:

  • Formulated specifically for use with ARP fasteners including head studs, main studs, rod bolts, and other critical engine fasteners
  • Reduces friction for more accurate torque-to-clamp-load conversion
  • Helps prevent galling and thread damage during installation
  • Compatible with most metals including steel, aluminum, and iron
  • Does not require cleanup after use — safe for engine internals
  • Convenient bottle applicator for precise, mess-free application

Using the correct assembly lubricant is critical when installing ARP fasteners. Incorrect lubricants can throw off torque readings by as much as 25%, leading to improper clamp load. ARP Ultra-Torque lube is the factory-recommended solution to ensure your fasteners are torqued to spec and your engine assembly is done right the first time.
