Wiseco W6582 MLS Cylinder Head Gasket Nissan CA18DE CA18DET 85mm

The Wiseco W6582 is a Sport Compact Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) cylinder head gasket engineered for the Nissan CA18DE and CA18DET DOHC engines. Featuring an 85mm bore diameter and 0.051-inch compressed thickness, this three-layer steel-laminate gasket is purpose-built to survive the extreme demands of high-performance and power-adder builds.

Key Features:

• Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) construction — 3-layer high-pressure steel laminate design resists extreme shear forces at the aluminum head-to-iron block interface
• Internal embossments — Heat-activated embossments expand under temperature to deliver a progressively tighter combustion seal as boost or nitrous pressure rises
• 85mm max bore diameter — Accommodates both stock and mildly over-bored CA18DE/CA18DET applications
• 0.051-inch (1.3mm) compressed thickness — Consistent crush profile for reliable torque retention and controlled head lift
• Power-adder ready — Designed to hold seal under the elevated combustion pressures and temperatures generated by turbocharger, supercharger, and nitrous oxide applications

The Wiseco W6582 MLS head gasket is the ideal upgrade for CA18-powered builds being pushed beyond OEM power levels. Its robust steel laminate construction ensures lasting sealing integrity where factory gaskets are prone to failure.
