Continental 3112090000 SportContact 6 Summer Performance Tire 235/40R18 95Y XL

The Continental SportContact 6 is a max performance summer tire engineered to meet the demanding standards of high-performance sports cars and luxury vehicles. Introduced to the U.S. as the Original Equipment tire on the exclusive Audi R8 V10 Plus, this tire delivers responsive handling, ultimate grip, and exceptional high-speed stability in both dry and wet conditions.

Advanced Technology:

• Continental's Black Chili compound, which utilizes a special racing grade carbon black designed to interact with the texture of the road for maximum adhesion
• New adaptive hybrid ply that controls the tire shape at increased speeds for enhanced stability at extreme velocities
• Force vectoring tread pattern development ensures best steering precision and support for lateral forces during cornering
• Asymmetric tread pattern and its close contact with the driving surface enhance the tire's grip on dry and wet surfaces

Performance Features:

• Optimized grooves effectively eliminate water from the footprint in wet-weather conditions, resisting hydroplaning
• Strengthened internal structure and special silica compound work together to increase driving durability and prevent pressure accumulation
• Enhanced steering responsiveness and driving stability for precise control at any speed
• Black sidewall (BSW) design for a clean, performance-oriented appearance

Important: Like all Max Performance Summer tires, the SportContact 6 is not intended to be serviced, stored nor driven in near- and below-freezing temperatures, through snow or on ice.
