Product Details

The Weld Racing RT-S Series S71 wheel brings championship-proven racing technology to street and strip applications with a budget-friendly three-piece modular design. This wheel features the classic Weld Racing five-spoke star design and continues the company's tradition of utilizing a forged billet center combined with cold-forged rim shells for exceptional strength-to-weight ratio.

Key Features:

  • 17-inch diameter x 7-inch width with 4.5-inch backspacing
  • Low pad brake clearance design for drum brakes, early disc brakes, and aftermarket drag racing brake systems
  • Forged billet aluminum center with cold-forged rim shells
  • Black finish for aggressive styling
  • Surpasses SFI 15.1 Drag Race Drive Wheel Specifications and SAE J2530 Aftermarket Wheel Standards
  • Unique welded assembly process for durability
  • Manufactured in the USA at Weld's Kansas City facility

This wheel offers versatile mounting pad height options to accommodate different brake configurations. The low pad design makes it ideal for classic muscle cars, modified street machines, and drag racing applications with older brake systems. Each wheel is engineered with race-proven designs that provide enhanced braking response, acceleration, and handling performance.
