Cusco 220 464 DV Rear Axle Pillowball Bushing Set

The Cusco 220 464 DV Pillowball Bushing Set is a high-performance suspension upgrade designed to replace worn factory rubber bushings in the rear axle assembly. These precision-engineered pillowball bushings restore and enhance suspension performance, particularly in demanding driving conditions where stock bushings tend to deflect under high loads.

Key Features:

• Pillowball design completely eliminates unwanted bushing deflection under high loads
• Increased strength and durability compared to standard rubber bushings
• Restores proper suspension geometry and alignment stability
• Improves steering response and overall handling precision
• Includes protective dust boots to reduce wear and extend service life
• Professional installation recommended - may require hydraulic press and welding for proper installation

Cusco pillowball bushings are engineered using knowledge gained from motorsports competition, including circuit racing, rally, and gymkhana events. The firmer construction maintains suspension connection points under constant driving loads, reducing alignment changes and improving vehicle dynamics. This bushing set is commonly used in performance, track, and drift applications where precision suspension control is critical.

Note: Quantity varies by application - some vehicles require 4 sets (HICAS equipped), while others require 5-6 sets (non-HICAS) to complete the rear suspension. Verify specific requirements for your vehicle before ordering.
