Product Details

The Rancho RS994268 is a front shock absorber from the industry-leading RS9000XL series, featuring nine manually selectable damping positions to dial in ride quality for virtually any driving condition. Whether navigating daily commutes, hauling heavy loads, or tackling off-road terrain, this shock delivers precise, adaptable performance.

Key Features:

  • 9-Position Manual Adjustment: An easy-to-use external knob lets you select from nine distinct damping settings — from soft and compliant to firm and controlled — without any tools
  • Large 2.75" Shock Body: The oversized body increases oil capacity and heat dissipation, maintaining consistent damping performance under demanding conditions
  • Precision Dimensions: Compressed length of 13.93", extended length of 20.78", with a shock stroke and travel of 6.85"
  • Twin-Tube Design: Engineered for durability and long service life with high-quality internal valving for responsive, fade-resistant performance
  • On-Road & Off-Road Versatility: Ideal for trucks and SUVs used for towing, hauling, or off-road driving where ride conditions frequently change
  • Direct-Fit Replacement: Designed as a front shock absorber to match OEM mounting points for straightforward installation

The Rancho RS9000XL line is recognized as the first nine-position manually adjustable shock absorber series in the off-road market, making the RS994268 a top choice for drivers who demand flexibility and control from their suspension system.

Very good recieved order quick informed there was a small delay still recieved the part in a week

I received my order of Shurflo replacement o-rings very quickly - sooner than expected. Unfortunately, I really only needed 1 or 2 o-rings, but they are only offered in a pack of 10. I'll never use 10 o-rings, so it was wasteful spending. I shopped other companies, and could not find packs of 1 or 2, and Boatplicity was the least expensive for what is available on-line.

Price was spot on and shipping was very fast! Highly recommend THMotorsports and will be checking to shop with them again!

The expierience has been great, would purchase from them again.

Ordering was easy

First time buyer time will tell

Everything was fine, but UPS delivery my order several days late. Pretty common inmy area.
