Rancho RS994023 RS9000XL 9-Position Adjustable Shock Absorber

The Rancho RS9000XL RS994023 is a premium, manually adjustable shock absorber engineered for trucks, SUVs, and Jeeps that demand performance on and off the road. Recognized as the first nine-position manually adjustable ride control series in the off-road market, the RS9000XL delivers a versatile, customizable suspension solution for towing, hauling, off-roading, and everyday driving.

Key Features:

• 9-Position Adjustable Damping: An easy-to-use knob lets you dial in the exact ride firmness you need — positions 1–3 deliver an OE-like ride, 4–6 provide slightly firmer control, and 7–9 are optimized for towing and heavy loads
• Nitrogen Gas Pressurized: Charged to 120 PSI to minimize air-to-oil mixture, reducing damping fade and fluid foaming under demanding conditions
• Large Shock Body: Up to 2.75-inch diameter shock body runs cooler and more consistently, even under extreme use
• Light Gas Charge Design: Designed for rod-up, body-down installation for proper performance and longevity
• On- and Off-Road Versatility: Ideal for stock or lifted trucks, SUVs, and Jeeps — accommodates larger tire and wheel combinations by counteracting additional unsprung mass
• Improved Vehicle Dynamics: Helps maintain consistent tire-to-road contact for better steering, handling, and braking; resists bounce, body roll, sway, brake dive, and acceleration squat

The Rancho RS9000XL RS994023 shock absorber is a direct-fit replacement that can also accommodate lift kits and larger tires, helping to reduce shock fade and improve overall handling versus worn OEM shocks.
