Rancho RS994283 RS9000XL 9-Position Adjustable Shock Absorber

The Rancho RS9000XL RS994283 is a premium, manually adjustable shock absorber engineered for trucks, SUVs, and Jeeps used in on-road driving, off-road performance, towing, and hauling applications. As part of the acclaimed RS9000XL series, this shock delivers a tunable ride experience backed by decades of Rancho engineering expertise.

Key Features:

• 9-Position Manual Adjustment: A conveniently located knob allows on-the-fly damping adjustments — settings 1–3 approximate OE ride comfort, 4–6 provide a firmer than stock feel, and 7–9 are optimized for towing and heavy load performance
• Nitrogen Gas Pressurized: Charged to 120 PSI to minimize air-to-oil mixing, reducing damping fade and fluid foaming under demanding conditions
• Industry-First Adjustability: Recognized as the first nine-position manually adjustable ride control series introduced to the off-road market
• Versatile Performance: Suitable for stock-height and lifted vehicles; ideal for trucks, SUVs, and Jeeps that tow, haul, or tackle off-road terrain
• Rod-Up Installation: Designed for standard rod-up, body-down mounting orientation for straightforward installation
• Direct-Fit Replacement: Engineered as a direct replacement shock absorber for proper fitment and hassle-free installation

The Rancho RS9000XL RS994283 shock absorber gives drivers the flexibility to adapt their suspension to changing conditions — from smooth highway cruising to rugged off-road trails — all with a simple knob adjustment.
