Ohlins BM 181 STX 46 Blackline Rear Shock Absorber

The Öhlins BM 181 STX 46 Blackline is a high-performance monotube rear shock absorber engineered for street and performance motorcycle applications. Built on Öhlins' well-proven STX 46 platform, this shock delivers the premium suspension quality that Öhlins is renowned for worldwide, now in a sleek Blackline finish suited to heritage and custom-style builds.

At the heart of the BM 181 is a 46 mm main piston paired with a high-pressure gas monotube design featuring an internal reservoir housed within the main body of the shock. This architecture ensures consistent damping performance across a wide range of road conditions, from smooth highways to challenging urban environments.

Key Features:

• 46 mm piston diameter for enhanced damping force and stability
• Monotube high-pressure gas design with internal reservoir in the main body
• Adjustable rebound damping via adjuster wheel positioned above the end eye
• Hose-mounted hydraulic spring preload adjuster for convenient ride height and load tuning
• Blackline finish — a stealthy aesthetic ideal for cruiser, heritage, and custom builds
• Serviceable and rebuildable construction for long-term ownership value
• Multiple spring rate options available to match rider weight and riding style

The STX 46 Blackline is a direct-fit rear shock replacement designed for street performance, offering a significant improvement in handling precision and ride comfort over the factory unit.
