Product Details

The Weld Racing RT-S S70 is a three-piece forged aluminum wheel engineered for American Muscle and high-performance street and strip applications. Built with Weld Racing's iconic split 5-spoke design, the S70 brings proven racing heritage to the road in a lightweight, durable package.

This specific fitment features a 17" x 10.5" size with a polished shell finish, a low mounting pad configuration, 5x4.5" (5x114.3mm) bolt circle, and 7.5" backspacing — making it well-suited for wide-body and performance rear wheel applications.

Key Features:

  • 3-piece forged aluminum construction — forged billet center with cold forged rim shells for maximum strength and reduced weight
  • Polished shell finish with polished or black machined center options for classic Weld Racing aesthetics
  • Low pad height designed to clear specific drum brakes and multi-piston opposed calipers
  • 17" diameter × 10.5" width with 5×4.5" bolt circle and 7.5" backspace
  • Requires conical lug nuts (not included)
  • Center cap and valve stem included
  • Designed and manufactured in Kansas City, USA
  • Sold individually — priced per wheel

Weld Racing has been producing performance wheels since 1967, combining race-proven engineering with street-ready durability. The RT-S S70 series is available in 15", 17", 18", and 20" diameters and up to 18" wide, with beadlock options available on 15" and 17" sizes for hardcore drag race use.

Shipping took longer than expected as I paid for expedited shipping. I reached out to ask why it wasn't sent two day and got no reply. The customer service could really use improvement and this is reflected in multiple reviews. However, the products arrived safely and as described. I'm very satisfied with the pricing as well. At the end of the day, that's the most important thing.

Prior to purchasing I made an inquiry and recieved no response.

shipping was very fast packed well no problems

Great product and service

I didn't use boatplicity.com for customer assistance, but the "contact us" section. the unit isn't, hasn't nor was it working as designed. air blows, but it isn't even close to warm air.

Bought wheels for a trailer, they arrived in a timely manner. The product picture was a little misleading but overall happy with the purchase.

Great job

All good
