Firestone 00600 420/85R28 Performer 85 R-1W Agricultural Tractor Tire 139D

The Firestone Performer 85 Extra R-1W is an agricultural radial rear tractor drive tire engineered for superior performance in moist to wet soil conditions. This deep tread R-1W tire combines advanced design features to deliver exceptional traction, extended tire life, and improved operator comfort across a wide range of farming applications.

Key Features:

• Unique dual angle lug technology increases lug traction contact by 4.2% for superior grip in challenging field conditions
• R-1W tread depth approximately 25% deeper in the center compared to standard R-1 tires for enhanced traction and longer service life
• Larger crown radius (flat tread) creates a bigger footprint, reducing soil compaction and promoting more uniform tread wear
• Flexible radial construction with 10% increase in deflection delivers smoother ride and reduced vibration on road transport
• Tubeless design for convenient maintenance and reduced downtime
• Service rating 139D with maximum load capacity of 5,630 lbs per tire at 23 PSI

Designed specifically for arable farming and livestock operations, this tire excels on mechanical front wheel drive (MFWD) and two-wheel drive tractors. The dual-angle lug design optimizes traction angles across the tread surface, while the radial construction reduces operating costs through improved fuel efficiency and extended treadlife. Whether working in the field or transporting on hard surfaces, the Performer 85 Extra delivers reliable performance season after season.
