Product Details

The Wiseco 4047FSX is a high-performance 47mm full-skirt forged piston engineered for demanding two-stroke powersports and small-engine applications. Built using Wiseco's proprietary forging process, this piston delivers superior strength, reduced weight, and exceptional thermal stability compared to cast alternatives.

Key Features:

  • FSX (Full Skirt Extreme) Construction: Full-skirt forged design provides maximum skirt contact area for improved stability, reduced blow-by, and longer service life
  • 47mm Bore Diameter: Precision-machined to exact tolerances for optimal ring seal and consistent power output
  • High-Strength Forged Alloy: Wiseco's aerospace-grade aluminum alloy forging withstands extreme heat and pressure cycles common in high-performance two-stroke engines
  • Premium Piston Ring(s) Included: Matched ring set ensures proper sealing and break-in out of the box
  • Wrist Pin Included: Complete piston assembly includes precision-ground wrist pin for easy installation
  • Tight Manufacturing Tolerances: CNC-machined to OEM-exceeding specs for drop-in fitment

Wiseco is a trusted name in performance pistons for motocross, off-road, snowmobile, and ATV applications. The 4047FSX is ideal for engine rebuilds or performance upgrades where reliability and power are equally critical.
