Manley 290135X SBC Rotating Assembly Stroke Bore Flat Top - 383 3.750 4.035 4cc

The Manley 290135X is a complete rotating assembly kit designed to build a high-performance Small Block Chevy (SBC) 383 cubic inch stroker engine. Featuring a 3.750" stroke and a 4.035" bore (0.035" over), this assembly gives engine builders everything needed to create a strong, reliable foundation capable of serious street or race power.

At the heart of this kit is a forged 4340 steel non-twist lightweight crankshaft that has been heat treated, stress relieved, shot peened, nitrided, and 100% magnafluxed to ensure complete structural integrity and long-term durability. The assembly pairs this crank with 4340 forged steel H-Beam connecting rods equipped with 7/16" ARP 8740 cap screws, rated to handle up to 750 horsepower. For extreme power applications, optional ARP 2000 cap screws can push the rating to 1,500 horsepower.

Pistons are Manley's 2618 forged aluminum Platinum Series flat top design with a -4cc dish, paired with premium Chrome Moly wrist pins for strength under high loads. The kit also includes Total Seal piston rings featuring a high-performance ductile iron plasma moly top ring, reverse twist taper face second ring, and three-piece oil rings. Clevite "H" Series narrowed rod bearings and "P" or "H" Series main bearings complete the package.
