Wiseco W6091 MLS Cylinder Head Gasket Mitsubishi 4G63 4G63T 87mm

The Wiseco W6091 is a Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) cylinder head gasket engineered specifically for the Mitsubishi 4G63 and 4G63T engines. With an 87mm bore diameter and a 0.051-inch compressed thickness, this three-layer steel-laminate gasket is purpose-built for high-performance and forced-induction applications where stock gaskets fall short.

Key Features:

• Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) construction — 3-layer high-pressure steel laminate design engineered to withstand extremely high shear forces at the aluminum head-to-iron block interface
• Internal embossments — thermally activated embossments expand with heat to enhance sealing under extreme combustion pressures and temperatures
• Power-adder ready — designed to maintain a reliable seal in demanding applications including turbocharging, supercharging, and heavy nitrous setups
• 87mm bore diameter for precise fitment
• 0.051-inch compressed thickness — allows for precise compression ratio tuning
• 3 layers of steel laminate for superior durability and clamping force retention

The Wiseco W6091 MLS head gasket delivers the sealing integrity and thermal resilience required by serious performance builders. It is an ideal upgrade over OEM gaskets for any 4G63 or 4G63T build subjected to elevated boost pressures or power-adder use.
