The Manley 11681-8 Extreme Duty Exhaust Valves are engineered for high-performance LS1, LS2, and LS6 engines operating in the most demanding conditions. Manufactured from Manley's proprietary XH-432 XtremeAlloy material, these valves deliver superior hot hardness and high-temperature strength compared to standard stainless steel valves, making them ideal for extreme forced induction, nitrous oxide, Top Fuel, Funny Car, and marine applications.

  • Chrome-plated stems with 0.0002" thick hard coating for wear resistance

  • Swirl polished underhead areas for improved airflow
  • Fully machined combustion faces for optimal performance
  • 25° underhead angle with 7/16" radius
  • 18° dish top of head design
  • 0.175" tip length, 0.065" margin, 0.115" seat width
  • 95 grams per valve weight

Manley Performance has been manufacturing premium stainless steel valves for over 40 years, maintaining their reputation as the industry standard for racing and high-performance applications. These Extreme Duty valves are suitable for engines producing 1000+ horsepower and are designed for applications below 8000 RPM. Each set includes 8 exhaust valves. Note: Valve guides may require honing to achieve proper valve stem-to-guide clearance when replacing OEM valves.
