QA1 6Q95 Large Body Twin Tube Circle Track Shock Absorber

The QA1 6Q95 is an aluminum threaded body shock perfect for dirt and asphalt modifieds or late models who demand the ultimate grip and feel. Formerly known as the 60 and 62 series shocks, the 6Q series is an aluminum large-body shock featuring a 2.5-inch diameter twin tube design with 9-inch stroke and bearing mount configuration.

Key Features:

• User rebuildable and revalvable for maximum flexibility at the track
• Threaded body makes it very easy to use in coil-over configurations with QA1 kits
• Scalloped base loop increases clearances in tight areas like upper control arms and shock mounts
• Pistons are made of high-quality raw aluminum to maximize consistency
• Gland features relief cuts and a hyper screw port, making shocks easy to fill and bleed on assembly
• Black anodized body finish with laser-engraved closure nuts for easy identification
• Can be valved with bleed shims or drill out bleeds to maximize tunability

6Q shocks can be re-valved and rebuilt by racers in a matter of minutes using basic tools, making them ideal for racers who need to make quick adjustments between heats. This shock is designed for circle track applications including late models, asphalt modifieds, and sprint cars where precise suspension tuning is critical for competitive performance.
