QA1 6Q83-5 Twin Tube Aluminum Circle Track Shock 8in Stroke 3C/5R

The QA1 6Q83-5 is a large-body aluminum twin-tube shock designed for circle track racing applications. Formerly known as the 60 and 62 series, this shock features an 8-inch stroke with 3C/5R valving for balanced compression and rebound control. The threaded body design makes it ideal for coil-over configurations when used with QA1 kits.

Key Features:

• 2-inch threaded body diameter with eyelet bearing mounts
• High-quality raw aluminum pistons for maximum consistency
• Scalloped base loop for increased clearance in tight areas like upper control arms and shock mounts
• Gland features relief cuts and hyper screw port for easy filling and bleeding during assembly
• Slip fit compression tube design simplifies the rebuild process
• Laser-engraved, black-anodized closure nuts make serial numbers and valving easy to read
• Can be valved with bleed shims or drilled bleeds for maximum tunability

These shocks can be re-valved and rebuilt by racers in minutes using basic tools and available rebuild kits. An upgraded seal kit minimizes leaks, especially in high-rebound applications. QA1's rebuildable twin-tube shocks offer the performance, consistency and tunability racers demand.
