QA1 5Q943-10 Twin Tube Circle Track Shock Absorber Large Body Steel C3/R10 Valve

The QA1 5Q943-10 is a large body steel twin-tube shock absorber designed for circle track racing applications. Part of QA1's professional-grade 5Q series (formerly 51 and 53 series), this shock features C3/R10 valving with compression 3 and rebound 10 settings for precise suspension tuning at the track.

Key Features:

• Large body steel construction with black zinc coating for consistent finish and tight seal integrity
• Twin-tube design with 9.38-inch body length for stock mount GM mid-size applications
• Two-piece body construction allows simple disassembly and reassembly for quick rebuilds
• Laser-engraved black-anodized closure nut for easy serial number and valving identification
• High-quality raw aluminum pistons minimize variations found in anodized parts
• Scalloped base loop increases clearances in tight areas like upper control arms and shock mounts
• Upgraded seal kit minimizes leaks, especially in high-rebound applications
• Compression tube uses slip fit design to simplify rebuild process
• Gland features relief cuts and hyper screw port for easy filling and bleeding during assembly

The 5Q series shocks can be re-valved and rebuilt by racers in minutes using basic tools and available QA1 tuning kits. Shocks can be valved with bleed shims or drill out bleeds to maximize tunability. Compatible with coil-over configurations using appropriate QA1 kits sold separately. Made in the USA and 100% dyno tested.
