The QA1 5Q93-DRY-6PK is a six pack of "dry" shocks that includes parts to build six new shocks, offering a cost-effective way to use custom valvings. The pack includes gas bags, seal packs, pistons, piston rods and more. Formerly known as 51 and 53 series shocks, the 5Q series is a large body shock available in both bearing mount and stock mount configurations. This particular model is designed for GM mid-size applications with stock front mounting.

• Two-piece bodies make it simple to disassemble and reassemble shocks, with gland featuring relief cuts and a hyper screw port for easy filling and bleeding
• Pistons made of high-quality raw aluminum, minimizing variations that can be found in anodized parts
• Scalloped base loop increases clearances in tight areas like upper control arms and shock mounts
• Laser-engraved, black-anodized closure nut makes serial numbers and valving easy to read at the track or in the shop
• Valve the shock with bleed shims or drill out bleeds to maximize tunability
• Upgraded seal kit minimizes leaks, especially in high-rebound applications

Important Notes:

• Six packs DO NOT include bleed shims and will require the appropriate tuning kit to build your shocks
• Don't forget to grab a closure nut wrench and QA1 SF16 shock oil
• Steel body shocks can be used in coil-over configurations using the appropriate kits (sold separately)
