The QA1 27883M is a 27 Series large steel monotube shock absorber built for circle track racing applications. Featuring a zinc-plated steel monotube body and a 46mm hard-anodized piston, this shock delivers consistent, repeatable damping performance on both dirt and asphalt tracks.

Equipped with QA1's Hyperscrew nitrogen charging system, the 27883M uses a threaded port near the bearing end that is sealed with an O-ring screw to maintain gas pressure integrity throughout competition. The shock uses deflective disc valving with a 3-3M valving specification (3 compression / 3 rebound, linear), providing a balanced and predictable damping curve.
