Product Details

The QA1 26A99-2M is a 26 Series monotube shock absorber built for performance racing applications, including IMCA-sanctioned competition. Constructed with a large steel body, this shock delivers consistent, race-proven damping performance lap after lap.

Key Features:

  • Monotube design — provides superior heat dissipation and consistent damping force compared to twin-tube designs
  • Sealed Hyperscrew adjuster — IMCA-legal adjustment system for on-car rebound tuning
  • Compressed height: 15.40 inches
  • Extended height: 24.63 inches
  • Eyelet top / Eyelet bottom mounting configuration for broad compatibility with race car suspension setups
  • Valving: 9-2M — a firm compression and rebound tune suited for circle track and dirt applications
  • Large steel body construction for durability in demanding race environments

QA1's 26 Series shocks are a staple in dirt track and oval racing, offering racers a reliable, adjustable, and rules-compliant damping solution. The sealed Hyperscrew design maintains valving integrity while still allowing tuning adjustments to dial in handling for varying track conditions.
