QA1 2692-5M 26 Series Monotube Shock Absorber 9-Inch Stroke Linear Hyperscrew Eye/Eye

The QA1 2692-5M is a 26 Series one-piece steel monotube shock absorber featuring a 9-inch stroke, linear valving rated at 2C/5MR, and a hyperscrew gas pressure fitting. With a compressed length of 15.40 inches and an extended length of 24.63 inches, this shock uses eyelet mounts at both the top and bottom for straightforward installation across a wide range of circle track and racing applications.

Key Features:

• 2" O.D. zinc-plated steel monotube body for corrosion resistance and long-term durability
• 46mm large-bore piston for consistent, stable valving across all shaft velocities
• Centerless-ground, gun-drilled piston rod eliminates rod flex and maintains valving precision
• Deflective disc valving with linear 2C/5MR tune for predictable, repeatable damping
• Hyperscrew gas pressure fitting seals nitrogen pressure inside the shock body
• Eyelet upper and lower mounts (Eye-B/Eye-B) for versatile fitment
• Revalveable, repairable, and rebuildable one-piece body design for long-term serviceability
• Can be run inverted to reduce unsprung weight
• 100% dyno tested and serialized at the factory
• Made in the USA

The QA1 26 Series monotube shock is a proven choice for modifieds, late models, super stocks, and various other racing classes. It performs especially well on rough dirt tracks and bumpy asphalt tracks of all banking types, also serving effectively as a traction shock in multiple applications. Sold individually.
