The Fox Racing Shocks 987-02-009 is a premium 2.5-inch front coilover suspension system engineered specifically for 2016 and newer Toyota Hilux trucks equipped with aftermarket upper control arms (UCA). This performance coilover is designed to accommodate lift heights between 2-3 inches (50-75mm), providing enhanced ground clearance and improved off-road capability.

Key Features:

• 2.5-inch body diameter for optimal damping performance
• Internal Floating Piston (IFP) technology prevents shock fade and maintains consistent performance
• Position-Sensitive (PS) damping adjusts automatically to terrain conditions
• Engineered for 2-3 inch (50-75mm) lift applications
• Requires aftermarket upper control arms for proper installation
• Front axle coilover configuration for precise handling and comfort
• Truck-series construction for heavy-duty reliability

Fox Racing Shocks' Internal Floating Piston design separates the shock oil from the nitrogen charge, preventing aeration and ensuring fade-free performance during demanding off-road use. The position-sensitive damping provides a smooth ride on-road while delivering excellent control over rough terrain. This coilover is an ideal upgrade for Hilux owners seeking professional-grade suspension performance with increased lift capability.
