Product Details

The Eastwood Company 65899 is a 1/8" ceramic pressure blaster nozzle designed for 15 CFM air consumption at 80 PSI, making it ideal for smaller compressors. This ceramic nozzle allows you to run your pressure blaster on approximately a 5 HP compressor, providing an efficient entry point for abrasive blasting projects.

Key Features:

  • Blasts 1 to 1.5 square feet per minute with media usage of approximately 150 pounds per hour
  • Ceramic construction is ideal for soft abrasives and general-purpose blasting
  • After approximately 6 hours of use, nozzle wear increases air requirements and replacement is recommended
  • Compatible with all ALC pressure blasters except part #40011
  • Works with Allsource blaster model 41600

This replacement nozzle is a wear item essential for maintaining optimal performance in your pressure blasting system. Larger nozzles require more air but work faster, while this 1/8" size offers the best balance for compact compressor setups. Perfect for rust removal, paint stripping, and surface preparation on automotive, marine, and industrial projects.

The order itself was great, exactly what I needed for a great price. The shipping however was dismal. I had paid for 2 day shipping but received it after 7 days. After contacting customer service, the issue was resolved quickly and money refunded for the shipping charge. Great CS and place to shop.
