Eastwood Company 71704 BendPak MDS-6EXT Mid-Rise Scissor Lift 6000 lb 208-230V Extended Length

The BendPak MDS-6EXT is an extended-length mid-rise scissor lift engineered specifically for long-wheelbase vehicles, including modern electric cars with lifting points positioned toward the extreme edges of the underbody. With a 6,000 lb capacity and 208-230V power requirement, this professional-grade lift delivers approximately 45 inches of maximum rise while maintaining a low 4-inch collapsed height.

Key Features:

• Extended lifting points: Specially designed to reach the wider lifting points on long-wheelbase and electric vehicles
• Pneumatic kicker system: Air-powered assist provides the first 6 inches of lift to overcome the mechanical disadvantage of the low collapsed position (requires 50 PSI, 10 CFM air source)
• Four synchronized hydraulic cylinders: Built-in flow divider ensures equal pressure distribution for perfectly level lifting and lowering
• Open-center design: Provides full undercar access for convenient service work
• Automatic safety lock bars: Solid-steel locks engage continuously during ascent and take all pressure off the hydraulic system when secured
• Stainless-steel pneumatic lock releases: Push-button air lock release system for instant, safe disengagement during descent
• Optional approach ramps: Clip-on extended ramps accommodate low-stance vehicles and larger tires (sold separately)
• Self-lubricating Zerk fittings: Grease fittings at critical hinge points require minimal maintenance
• Durable rubber contact blocks: Treaded lift blocks stay positioned at manufacturer-recommended lift points
• Three locking positions: Multiple height settings for various service tasks, from brake work to full undercar access

The MDS-6EXT combines the space-saving benefits of a mid-rise lift with the extended reach needed for today's longer vehicles. The pneumatic assist system and professional-grade hydraulics deliver smooth, reliable operation for busy professional shops and serious home garages.
