Prothane 6-1021-BL Leaf Spring Eye and Shackle Bushing Kit - Black Polyurethane

The Prothane 6-1021-BL is a black polyurethane leaf spring eye and shackle bushing kit engineered as a direct, heavy-duty replacement for worn or deteriorated OEM rubber bushings. Leaf spring suspensions place significant stress on pivot points and shackle mounting locations — forces that cause factory rubber bushings to crack, compress, and fail over time. Prothane's premium-grade polyurethane compound resists these forces far better than rubber, maintaining its shape and durability even under demanding load and driving conditions.

Key Features:

• Manufactured from premium-grade polyurethane for superior durability over OEM rubber
• Resists degradation from road grime, salt, oils, and harsh weather conditions
• Maintains shape under heavy loads where rubber would compress or blow out
• Precision-fabricated sleeves and hardware included for a correct, rattle-free fit
• Black finish (BL) for a clean, professional appearance
• Covered by Prothane's lifetime warranty

This kit includes all necessary bushings, sleeves, and related hardware to complete the installation. Upgrading to Prothane polyurethane bushings helps restore proper leaf spring geometry, reduces axle wander, and improves overall suspension responsiveness compared to deteriorated rubber components.
