Manley 15042R-1 H-Tuff H-Beam Connecting Rod Ford 4.6L 5.0L Coyote

The Manley H-Tuff connecting rod was developed to fill the void between standard H-beam and Pro Series I-beam connecting rods, featuring a double-ribbed pin surround and increased cross-sectional thickness in critical areas for handling higher boost and horsepower levels. Manufactured from 4340 forgings to the same exacting standards developed and approved by original equipment customers, this single replacement rod is designed for Ford 4.6L Modular and 5.0L Coyote engine applications.

Key Features:

• 5.933 inch center-to-center length with 4340 forged steel construction
• Equipped with 3/8 inch diameter ARP2000 bolts
• Approximately 690 grams weight
• Weight matched to +/- 1.5 grams tolerance
• Shot peened after machining and individually magnafluxed
• Perfectly round big and small ends
• Bend and twist is tightly controlled

The H-Tuff design bridges the gap between standard proven H-Beams and top of the line Pro Series rods, delivering a stronger rod with greater safety margin to handle elevated boost and higher power levels for a modest price premium. H-Tuff rods are built to the same quality-control standards and tolerances as all Manley connecting rods. Capable of supporting up to 1200 rear wheel horsepower.

Each Manley rod is fully machined in the Manley Lakewood, NJ factory to the highest standards. Sold individually for single replacement applications.
