Torque Solution TS-SU-822 Auto Headlight Level Adjustment Rod 55-59mm

The Torque Solution TS-SU-822 Auto Headlight Level Adjustment Rod is an essential upgrade for lowered vehicles equipped with auto-adjustable headlights. When a vehicle's ride height is reduced, the factory headlight level sensor arm can cause headlights to aim downward, significantly reducing nighttime visibility and road illumination.

This adjustable replacement rod corrects headlight aim by compensating for the change in suspension geometry that occurs when a vehicle is lowered. With an adjustment range of 55–59mm, it restores headlights to their proper beam angle, ensuring safe and compliant lighting output after a suspension modification.

Key Features:

• Designed specifically for lowered vehicles with auto-leveling headlight systems
• Adjustable length range: 55–59mm to accommodate varying drop amounts
• Restores correct headlight beam angle after suspension lowering
• Direct replacement for the factory headlight level sensor link rod
• Straightforward installation with no permanent modifications required
• Manufactured by Torque Solution, a trusted name in performance automotive parts

If your vehicle has been lowered on springs, coilovers, or other suspension components and features an automatic headlight leveling system, the TS-SU-822 is the correct fix to prevent blinding oncoming traffic or underlit road conditions. A companion rod, the TS-SU-821, covers a 73–90mm range for applications requiring greater adjustment.
