Product Details

The Manley 11647-10 Race Master exhaust valve is precision-engineered for Dodge Viper V10 engines operating under 8000 RPM. These high-performance valves feature a 1.600-inch head diameter with a 0.200-inch longer overall length (5.970 inches total) compared to stock, making them ideal for bracket racing, drag racing, and oval track applications.

Key Features:

  • XH-426 stainless steel construction for superior durability and heat resistance
  • Chrome-plated valve stems with 0.0002-inch thick coating for enhanced wear resistance
  • Hard valve tips resist cracking and erosion better than puddled stellite
  • Swirl-polished underhead areas and fully machined combustion faces optimize airflow
  • 12-degree dish head design with 0.3110-inch stem diameter
  • 0.100-inch seat width with 0.075-inch margin
  • Race Master straight stem design for consistent valve guide operation
  • Recommended for alcohol engine exhaust applications

Each package includes 10 valves. Manley's Race Series valves deliver professional-grade performance at a competitive price point, utilizing materials and manufacturing processes superior to standard EV-8 alloy valves. These valves are manufactured in the United States and backed by Manley's decades of racing experience.
