Baja Designs 640180 Trigger Switch Harness Lead for Off-Road Light Wiring

The Baja Designs 640180 Trigger Switch Harness Lead is a versatile add-on wiring accessory designed to expand the functionality of compatible Baja Designs light wiring harnesses. It allows you to add dual-function switching capability without running new wires through the firewall or mounting a dedicated switch inside the cab.

Featuring a three-position switch (On / Off / Triggered On), this harness lead gives you full manual control over your auxiliary lights while also enabling automatic activation based on a trigger voltage signal. When the trigger wire detects voltage—such as from a reverse light or high-beam circuit—the lights will activate automatically.

Key Features:

• Three-position switch: On, Off, and Triggered On for flexible lighting control
• Includes a jumper connector to bypass the switch entirely and run trigger-wire-only operation—no in-cab switch wiring required
• Trigger wire is long enough to reach a taillight reverse wire for automatic backup light activation
• Intermediate bullet connector allows the trigger wire to be shortened to reach a headlight high-beam wire
• Universal design—adds dual functionality to multiple Baja Designs harnesses

Compatible With These Baja Designs Harnesses:

• 64-0117 – Squadron/S2 Off/On Wire Harness (2 lights max, 150 watts)
