Metra AXDI-FD2 Radio Replacement Data Interface for Ford 2011-Up

The Metra AXDI-FD2 is a vehicle-specific data interface designed for use when installing an aftermarket radio in select 2011 and newer Ford vehicles. This interface harness retains essential factory features that would otherwise be lost when replacing the factory radio, including blind spot detection, chime retention, balance and fade controls, and retained accessory power (R.A.P.).

Key Features:

• Provides 12-volt 10-amp accessory power output
• Retains R.A.P. (Retained Accessory Power) functionality
• Provides NAV output wires for multimedia radios including parking brake, reverse, and speed sense
• Pre-wired AXSWC harness for steering wheel control integration (AXSWC interface sold separately)
• Retains balance and fade controls
• USB Micro-B updatable for future firmware updates

What's Included:

• AXDI-FD2 interface module
• AXDI-FD2 wiring harness

This interface is designed for standard amplified systems and compatible with select Ford models including Escape, Fiesta, Focus, Ranger, and Transit Connect (without MyFord Touch). The plug-and-play design simplifies installation when upgrading to an aftermarket head unit. Note: If your vehicle is equipped with steering wheel controls and you wish to retain them, the AXSWC steering wheel control interface must be purchased separately.
