Product Details

The Firestone Radial All Traction FWD R-1 is an agricultural radial R-1 tire specifically designed for use on Mechanical Front Wheel Drive (MFWD) tractors. This 420/85R28 size tire features a 144B load index and speed rating, providing robust load capacity and durability for demanding farm operations.

Key Features:

  • Multi-angle bar design with lower angle at shoulder for better traction and more drawbar pull
  • Higher angle at nose for longer wear during transport
  • Offers a smooth ride, smooth pull and less vibration
  • Radial construction for improved performance and fuel efficiency
  • Black sidewall design

This tire provides good traction and long wear for North American soil and weather conditions. As the preferred tire for many equipment manufacturers, it makes a perfect MFWD replacement tire for front axle positions on mechanical front wheel drive tractors.
