Wiseco W6296 MLS Cylinder Head Gasket Honda K20A1/K20A2/K20A3 89mm

The Wiseco W6296 is a Sport Compact (SC) Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) cylinder head gasket engineered for Honda and Acura K20-series engines. Designed for builds demanding superior combustion sealing, this gasket is an ideal upgrade for naturally aspirated and power-adder applications including turbocharged and supercharged setups.

Key Features:

• MLS (Multi-Layer Steel) Construction: Features a high-pressure steel-laminate design built to withstand extreme shear forces between aluminum cylinder heads and iron blocks
• 89mm Bore Diameter: Sized for stroked or bored K20/K24 applications running an 89mm cylinder bore
• 0.030" (0.762mm) Compressed Thickness: Provides precise head-to-block sealing with minimal compression ratio impact
• 3-Layer Design: Three-layer construction delivers consistent clamping load and superior resistance to head lift
• Thermal Embossments: Internal embossments expand with heat to create an increasingly tighter seal under high combustion pressures and temperatures
• Power-Adder Ready: Engineered to perform reliably under the extreme conditions of forced induction and high-compression builds

The Wiseco W6296 MLS head gasket is a direct-fit solution for K20A1, K20A2, and K20A3 engine configurations and is compatible when used in K24 block/K20 head swap combinations requiring an 89mm bore gasket. It pairs seamlessly with Wiseco's full line of K-series forged pistons and engine components.
