Wiseco WPPF045 Clutch Fiber Plate Kit - 8-Fiber Friction Plate Set

The Wiseco WPPF045 is an 8-piece clutch fiber (friction plate) kit engineered to OEM specifications and designed for demanding dirt bike and ATV applications. Wiseco clutch friction plates work in tandem with drive plates to transfer engine power to the transmission, and are precision-manufactured to deliver smooth engagement, reliable grip, and long service life even under the harshest riding conditions.

Unlike stock OEM clutch components made from inexpensive die-cast materials that quickly wear and notch, Wiseco clutch components are built to a higher standard using aerospace-grade aluminum alloys and certified raw materials. Each friction plate is hard coat anodized for exceptional surface hardness and abrasion resistance, then Teflon coated to create a near-frictionless surface that reduces wear on clutch basket tabs and ensures consistently smooth clutch operation throughout the life of the plates.

Key Features:

• 8 friction (fiber) plates per kit — direct OEM replacement count
• Precision-engineered to exact OEM specifications for proper fit and function
• Hard coat anodized finish for superior wear resistance and long service life
• Teflon coating provides a low-friction surface for smooth, consistent clutch feel
• Aerospace-grade aluminum alloy construction using certified raw materials

Wiseco's WPPF045 clutch fiber kit is a straightforward, high-quality replacement that restores crisp clutch engagement and eliminates slipping or overheating caused by worn friction plates.
