Wiseco W6967 MLS Head Gasket Kawasaki 1075-1135cc 72mm-74mm .040in

The Wiseco W6967 is a Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) head gasket engineered for Kawasaki 1075cc–1135cc big-bore applications, accommodating bore sizes from 72.00mm to 74.00mm with a compressed thickness of .040 inches. Designed as a direct companion to Wiseco's W3918 piston kits, this gasket delivers a precision, leak-free seal for overbore and top-end rebuild applications.

Key Features:

• MLS (Multi-Layer Steel) construction — high-pressure steel-laminate design resists extreme shear forces between head and block
• Bore range: 72.00mm – 74.00mm — engineered for Kawasaki 1075cc to 1135cc displacements
• Compressed thickness: .040 inches — precision-controlled for proper deck clearance and compression ratio
• Internal embossments expand with heat to enhance sealing under high combustion pressures and temperatures
• Exceeds OEM sealing standards — built to handle power-adder and high-performance applications
• Direct replacement for use with Wiseco W3918 piston kits and compatible big-bore builds

The W6967 is the ideal head gasket solution for builders upgrading or rebuilding the top end on classic Kawasaki inline-four engines. Cross-reference: W3918.
